He gives strength to the weary
Isaiah 40:29 NIV
and increases the power of the weak.
Yes, the time has come to take a break. A permanent break.
After thirty-four years, it’s time to search for new opportunities. To knock on doors for a worthier life.
I’ve worked hard. I’ve prospered. But now there’s nothing left for me here.
It’s time to search for new horizons. For greener pastures, different pleasures.
What now?
Only God knows. He knows the desires of my heart, and I know He will bless me with something new, something good, something to bring Him glory.
He promised to strengthen me when I’m weak, weary, and worn out.
Yes, I’ll wait for Him to strengthen me. To open the door of opportunity and my purpose to enter.
Yes, it’s time for that permanent break.

Thank you Nancy.
I pray that wherever God leads you next, it will be a place of great joy for you! His promise to meet all our needs is a good one to hold onto when it’s time to move on to new things. Visiting from FMF#13
Thank you Kym.
Wishing you all the best.
Thank you.
I have had a season in my life where a permanent break was needed. I pray that God gives you direction as You follow His leading on what is next. I am stopping by from Five Minute Friday.
Thank you Jolene for stopping by and for your kind words. Blessings.
I hope you find what you need, it’s hard sometimes when you know you need to move on. FMF19
Yes it is, but I’m optimistic I’ll find my with God’s help. Thanks for stopping by Annette.
I look to the far horizon
when the sky has cleared,
and like shaggy-headed bison
it’s there I go – Onweird!
Somewhere out there lies my fate,
most likely really strange,
but I will not hesitate
to trot across the open range
and find what lies there waiting
for my discovery.
There’s a future worth creating,
and the world is gonna see
that I have in me a surprise
to make the Lord God roll His eyes.
