Helping Women Find their Identity in Christ

7 Scriptures to Build Your Confidence

To build your confidence is more than a “pick yourself up by your bootstraps” action. It is a firm, unwavering belief that God has your back, no matter what.

The Lord is our confidence, and confidence in Him removes all doubt and fear from our lives because He did not give us a spirit of fear or timidity. He gave us a spirit of power, love and self-discipline.

God has commanded us over and over again to not be afraid, but to be strong and courageous, for He will be with us wherever we go. So do not throw away your confidence; but continue to persevere despite whatever circumstance you are facing now and you will receive all He has promised.
